Estate Planning is the process by which we protect your assets acquired during your lifetime against potential loss from various threats some of which are shown in the brief cartoon below.
We are here to safeguard these hard earned assets for you and your family, using simple but effective strategies.
We offer a full range of estate planning services, from the simplest will, to more complex family trusts and lasting powers of attorney, throughout and around the South West.
With the right plans in place, your assets can be protected against many risks, including long term care costs, remarriage after the death of your spouse, divorce, bankruptcy, and even generational inheritance tax.
We take great pride in providing a high level of customer service and experience together with the empathy and understanding you would expect from a local, friendly business.
We pride ourselves on our experience, the service we provide our clients and offer:
All planning is tailored to your individual personal circumstances as no two clients are the same!
